Join the brilliant  and beautiful Agent Peggy Carter at a swinging party at the American Club in London in 1941. Sara & Swingtime plays an evening of classic 1930s and 40's Swing, vintage ballroom dance music, and romantic waltzes as we dance the night away with our hostess, her friends and colleagues from Bletchley Park, including pioneering computer scientist and cryptanalyst Mr. Alan Turing; the dashing millionaire playboy philanthropist and genius inventor Howard Stark; and America's most famous Star-Spangled Captain.

Vintage or modern evening dress or 1940's costume - civilian or(appropriate) military - is admired but not required.

There will be a pre-ball workshop in survival Swing and vintage Fox Trot at 7 pm, followed by formal dancing from 8 pm to midnight, interspersed with adventure and intrigue.  No partners or dance experience required.

The event features a no host bar and complimentary snack buffet (Given war-time shortages, your potluck contributions to the buffet are very welcome!).

God bless America and God Save the King!
